I had a hose bib crack over the winter, and it was one that goes deep into the wall (an anti freeze mechanism). David, my tech, explained how it broke (I left a hose on there which prevented it from draining fully) and the unfortunate need to cut out some dry wall to get to the connecting point. However, David did a great job of minimizing the dry wall damage, replacing the piece that he took out and screwing it in so all I need to do is some putty. I really appreciate his communication, quality work, and the overall ease of 2 Sons scheduling/reminder system.

I'd use 2 Sons for my future needs without hesitation. A part of my hot water system was failing and needed to be replaced. They promptly got back to me, asked if it was an emergency (no), and scheduled me promptly. They were diligent about communicating proactively about their arrival time, and the tech, Brandon, was honest, gave me really good advice, careful around my house, and quite personable. The pricing was fair, and the whole process was done in under two hours even with Brandon needing to go get an extra part.

Everything about my experience with 2 Sons was exceptional! From the phone call one hour prior to Alex's arrival to the "track my plumber" link in the text. Alex was prompt, polite, wore shoe covers, and was very quick to clear a clogged kitchen line for me. He kept me informed on what the problem was, what he was going to do and even gave me tips on how to prevent future clogs. I checked in on him after he had started clearing the clog and it looked really gross. I can't think him enough for taking care of me and my family on a Saturday! When he was done, the area where he was working was spotless and exactly the way it was when he arrived. Thank you, Alex!

I had a spiogot freeze in the winter of 2022 and when I realized it in March of 2023 I called 2 sons to fix it. It is a modern spigot with is "freeze resistant". The replaced it for around $500. In October 2023 I winterized it by covering it with a foam protector. March of 2024 went to use it and it was broken again. Called 2 sons since it was under the one year warranty they offer and when they came for the appointment they said it was not covered because of freeze damage. Not sure what I could do differently as I cannout drain it and I did winterize it. I cannot afford $500 a year to replace a spigot. In my opinion they should have covered it or at least gave me a discount and some possible tips to avoid it happening every year.
